We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2 to 3 years of proven experience in US sales. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and aggressive sales approach to generate new business opportunities, engage potential clients, and create qualified sales leads specifically within the US market. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lahore, Pakistan, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving lead generation and appointment setting to support the sales team’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the US market using cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls targeting US-based prospects and decision-makers.
- Generate, qualify, and consistently follow up on leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Employ an aggressive and proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
- Understand prospect needs and effectively present the company’s services.
- Handle initial objections professionally while maintaining meaningful conversations with prospects.
- Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team to advance the sales process.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with prospects to foster trust and engagement.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and manage prospects throughout the SDR process.
- Accurately record lead and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed assigned lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to convert qualified opportunities into clients.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in US sales, preferably in an SDR or similar outbound sales role.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong cold-calling, prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up abilities.
- Demonstrated aggressive, proactive, and target-driven sales approach.
- Experience communicating effectively with US-based clients and decision-makers.
- Strong objection-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PKT).
