Careception is looking for confident, motivated, and results driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team!
If you have a background in telemarketing, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to engage with prospects, we want to hear from you.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and engage potential clients professionally.
- Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
- Ask the right questions to understand prospects' needs and ensure they meet qualification criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow ups, and appointments.
- Follow up with leads and keep the sales pipeline active.
- Meet daily and monthly appointment setting targets.
- Previous telemarketing or appointment setting experience is required.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and engaging prospects over the phone.
- Ability to qualify leads and book quality appointments.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a target driven mindset.
- Availability to work the night shift from our office.
