Sales Development Representative

We are an innovative start-up specializing in Cold Calling, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, Sales, and HubSpot Automation. Our team comprises over 30 representatives with a combined experience of more than 40 years. We are currently looking for motivated individuals who are eager to develop their careers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a full-time, on-site role with working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, offering a competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, clearly and confidently introducing the company and its products or services.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and either transfer them to the sales team or schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and outcomes within the CRM system.
- Follow up with warm leads or previously contacted prospects to nurture interest and move them through the sales funnel.
- Handle objections professionally and respond to basic inquiries about the company’s offerings.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English with confident and clear communication skills.
- Experience using B2B outreach or lead generation tools.
- Familiarity with sales funnels or appointment-setting software.
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone.
- Strong listening skills and patience when interacting with prospects.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and managing data entry tasks.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for night shift work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience in sales, cold calling, or customer support is preferred.
- Experience in international sales is an advantage.
