Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through high-volume cold calling and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be confident, persistent, and driven to meet targets while effectively communicating the value of our SEO and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 50 to 100 outbound cold calls daily to potential clients.
- Present and pitch Deveonic’s SEO and digital marketing services clearly and persuasively.
- Qualify prospects by identifying decision-makers and assessing their needs.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales closers.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects.
- Accurately update the CRM system with all call activities and relevant information.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cold calling or outbound sales.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confidence and persistence with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and its functionalities.
