Sales Development Representative

CoderzHunt is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. This onsite role operates from Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for sales and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
- Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn, email, and other outreach platforms.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients and engage them in meaningful conversations.
- Schedule meetings and provide support to the Business Development team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate lead records and consistently follow up with potential prospects.
- Contribute actively to the company’s sales pipeline and help achieve growth targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client engagement.
- Basic understanding of lead generation, sales processes, or business development principles.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional outreach tools to identify and connect with prospects.
- A proactive attitude combined with strong research and follow-up abilities.
- Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience in sales or related fields.

Compensation:
The monthly salary for this role ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
