Sales Development Representative

Cyber Earth Solutions is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our team at NFC, Lahore. This full-time, on-site role involves engaging with potential clients in the US market through outbound calls. Candidates should be confident in English communication, eager to learn, and driven to achieve sales targets. Previous experience in sales or telesales is beneficial but not mandatory, as freshers are encouraged to apply. The position offers a fixed salary with performance-based commissions, providing excellent earning potential alongside valuable hands-on sales experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the US market.
- Clearly present and explain the value of our services to potential clients.
- Address questions and objections effectively to advance sales conversations.
- Follow up on leads, close sales, and consistently work toward assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English with clear and confident communication skills.
- Comfort and confidence in making outbound sales calls.
- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and improve sales techniques.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in international sales or telesales is an advantage.
