Salary: PKR 55,000 to 80,000 per month + high commission (earn up to PKR 150,000+)

Rizing Metrics is seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our international sales team. The role focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients in the United States to promote our SEO services and AI Business Optimization solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in SEO sales, strong English communication skills, and the ability to effectively connect with prospects in the American market.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential business customers in the United States.
- Conduct outbound sales calls, email outreach, and follow-ups with prospects.
- Promote SEO services and AI Business Optimization solutions to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and clearly explain the benefits of our services.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and suitability.
- Schedule sales appointments and meetings with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records in the CRM system.
- Handle objections professionally and build strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Meet assigned lead generation, appointment-setting, and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance conversion rates and support business growth.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in SEO sales.
- Proven experience selling to U.S. clients or working with the American market.
- Solid understanding of SEO services, including local SEO and organic SEO.
- Knowledge of AI Business Optimization solutions.
- Experience using GOS or relevant operating software.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work towards sales targets while managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
