Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Octatude Digital is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their team in Lahore. This role involves making outbound calls to international prospects during US business hours, requiring on-site presence and a strong focus on professionalism and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written English skills, the ability to quickly understand technical concepts, and the capability to provide clear, concise responses. Working hours are from 6 pm to 3 am, Monday through Friday, aligning with US time zones. Meeting sales targets and deadlines is a key aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to overseas prospects with professionalism and persistence.
- Clearly and effectively communicate technical information to potential clients.
- Follow established communication protocols and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects.
- Work independently while collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities (experience preferred).
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- 0.5 to 1 year of experience in outbound sales calling.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site at the office located in Cavalry Ground, Lahore.
- Availability to work night shifts from 6 pm to 3 am, Monday through Friday.
- Ability to follow communication protocols and work both independently and as part of a team.
