Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Octatude Digital is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to international prospects, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and communication. This role requires excellent spoken English skills, the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly, and the capacity to deliver clear and concise responses while meeting deadlines and sales targets. The position is full-time and based on-site at our office in Cavalry Ground, Lahore, working US night shift hours from 6 pm to 3 am, five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to overseas prospects with a focus on generating qualified leads.
- Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and deadlines.
- Follow established communication protocols and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools to track calls, manage leads, and update customer information accurately.
- Work independently while contributing positively to the team environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound sales calling.
- Strong persuasion and communication abilities to engage prospects effectively.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lahore during night shifts (6 pm to 3 am), five days a week.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Adherence to company protocols and communication standards.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
