Sales Development Specialist

Located in DHA Phase 1 Lahore, this full-time, onsite position offers a night shift schedule from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. My Tutor Source (MTS) is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying prospective clients, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach. This role is well-suited for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate qualified leads primarily through inbound calls.
- Conduct inbound prospecting to engage potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Executives and the Sales Manager to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to better position the company.
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales Development or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
