We are seeking a confident, energetic, and target-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to prospective customers, generating leads, engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting these opportunities into business. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential to effectively interact with potential customers and represent the company’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers in a professional and confident manner.
- Introduce and explain company products and services clearly to potential clients.
- Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and providing relevant information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects to foster trust and engagement.
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using company systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls and lead generation.
- Address customer questions and objections professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper follow-up on qualified leads.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and lead generation progress.
- Continuously improve communication, sales techniques, and objection-handling skills.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and communication standards at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduate qualification is required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong proficiency in English.
- Confident and persuasive personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally and maintain motivation.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Willingness to work the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience in international sales or cold calling clients in the U.S. or other international markets is highly desirable.
- Strong spoken English skills, especially when communicating with international clients, will be beneficial.
- This is an on-site position based in Karachi, requiring availability Monday to Friday during the specified shift hours.
