TheWink.co is a remote-first, multi-brand digital marketing and business solutions company serving clients across Australia, the UK, and the US. We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and elevate our existing B2B sales team. This role is not about chasing leads but about building and coaching a high-performing team that consistently closes deals and drives revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, managing pipeline reviews, and directly contributing to closing key international deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the B2B sales team by hiring, coaching, setting targets, and establishing a consistent weekly rhythm.
- Develop and implement sales strategies while running regular pipeline reviews to ensure momentum and accountability.
- Own the sales forecast and provide accurate reporting to the CEO.
- Coach sales representatives through call reviews and provide hands-on support with real deals.
- Personally close larger international deals when critical to the business.
- Build scalable sales processes that enable the team to operate efficiently without your direct involvement in every call.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a sales team.
- Proven track record of closing international clients across markets such as the US, UK, and Australia.
- Experience selling services, including agency offerings, software, SaaS, or outsourcing solutions.
- Strong discipline in CRM management and pipeline oversight.
- A coaching mindset with demonstrated ability to develop and improve team members’ performance.
