Transfo Tech Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd., based in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a technical engineering background combined with relevant sales experience, preferably within the electrical, industrial, or engineering sectors. This role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer technical requirements, and supporting the sales process from initial inquiry through to order completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Generate sales leads through market research, networking, client visits, and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain professional and lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate electrical or engineering products and solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate with technical, production, procurement, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits as needed.
- Follow up on quotations, inquiries, orders, and payments to ensure timely closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline (B.E. / B.Tech).
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant sales experience, preferably within the electrical or industrial engineering sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid technical understanding with the ability to explain complex products to customers effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Target-oriented, confident, self-motivated, and professional in approach.

Preferred Experience
Experience in selling or dealing with the following products and solutions is highly desirable:
- Electrical Panels including LT & HT Panels
- Transformers
- MCC / PCC Panels
- PFI Panels
- VCB / RMU
- Electrical Power Solutions
- Industrial Electrical Equipment
- EPC / Engineering Projects
