Sales execution

We are seeking an experienced Discord Art Sales Executive to join our team based in Saima, Manghopir, Karachi. This full-time, on-site position operates during the day shift from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Discord-based client outreach, lead generation, and digital art sales. This role requires a proactive approach to engaging potential clients and closing sales within the digital art niche.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct approximately 400 client outreach attempts daily using 100 Discord accounts.
- Professionally approach potential clients and establish strong client relationships.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and successfully close sales.
- Promote a variety of digital art services, including profile pictures (PFPs), banners, character art, chibi art, VTuber models, PNGTuber assets, Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) characters, and game development art.
- Maintain consistent outreach activity and work diligently to meet daily sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in Discord art sales is mandatory.
- Familiarity with digital art commissions and acquiring clients through online platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to consistently meet daily outreach and sales goals.
- Demonstrated punctuality, professionalism, and a target-oriented mindset.

Compensation and Benefits
- Basic salary of PKR 15,000 per month.
- Salary is subject to unlocking based on achieving a sales target of $200, as per company policy.
- Additional allowances may be provided depending on adherence to company attendance and timing policies.
- Commission and incentives are offered according to company terms.

Candidates must have a clear understanding of the sales target and salary-unlock policy prior to joining. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on digital art sales through Discord, with a competitive pay range of PKR 15,000 to PKR 18,000 per month. The position requires in-person attendance at the Karachi office.
