Sales Executive – Call Center

Mars BPO is looking for experienced and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have strong English communication skills, confidence in engaging with customers, and a driven attitude toward meeting sales targets. This role demands motivated individuals who can achieve sales goals while maintaining professionalism in every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services.
- Effectively close sales by understanding and addressing customer needs and objections.
- Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy for managing records and communications.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- A target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
