Sales Executive – Call Center

Mars BPO is looking for experienced and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have strong English communication skills, confidence in engaging with customers, and a focus on achieving sales targets. This role is suited for motivated individuals who can maintain professionalism while driving sales performance and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services.
- Effectively close sales by understanding and addressing customer needs and objections.
- Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate / A-Level.
- Strong spoken English communication skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced work environment.
