Sales Executive – Cold Calling & Client Acquisition

AheadTech360, a dynamic digital marketing company based in Karachi, Pakistan, is looking for a confident and skilled Sales Executive to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making cold calls and sending emails, and acquiring international clients, particularly from English-speaking markets such as the US and UK. Strong English communication skills with a clear and professional accent are essential. This role offers a performance-based monthly salary ranging from PKR 120,000 to 160,000, reflecting the candidate’s success in meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential international clients to introduce AheadTech360’s digital marketing services.
- Write and send professional cold emails, ensuring timely follow-ups with prospects.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Deliver confident and professional sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Schedule and lead sales meetings and discovery calls with prospective clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients to encourage repeat business.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong background in cold calling and client acquisition.
- Excellent spoken and written English, featuring a clear and professional accent.
- Strong communication skills and confidence when engaging with international clients.
- Ability to craft professional cold emails and follow up persistently to secure meetings.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to work.
- Skilled in negotiation, persuasion, and handling objections effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with international clients, especially from the US, UK, and other English-speaking markets, is highly desirable.
- Prior sales experience within a digital marketing agency will be considered an advantage.
- Compensation is performance-based, with a monthly salary ranging from PKR 120,000 to 160,000, depending on sales performance, lead quality, client acquisition, and achievement of targets.
