Sales Executive – On-Site

Artvista, a US-based company serving international clients across diverse creative and digital service categories, is looking for confident and motivated Sales Executives to join its Karachi office. This is a fully on-site, commission-based sales role with no fixed monthly salary. Earnings depend entirely on individual sales performance, achieved targets, and successful client conversions. Candidates must be available to work either the morning or night shift at the Karachi location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with international clients and potential leads to understand their needs.
- Recommend appropriate services based on client requirements.
- Consistently follow up with prospects while maintaining professional and clear communication.
- Manage negotiations and work diligently to close sales successfully.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with international clients across various time zones.
- Excellent negotiation skills and persistence in follow-up activities.
- Ability to perform well in a target-driven sales environment.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Karachi.
- Previous experience in sales, B2B sales, lead generation, digital services, or working with international clients is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working with international clients or in digital service sales is an advantage.
- Flexible shift options are available: Morning shift from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or Night shift from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
- Compensation is purely commission and target-based, with potential monthly earnings ranging from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 95,000 depending on sales performance.
- This is strictly an in-person role; remote work is not offered.
