Sales Executive – Property & Real Estate

Ehsan Associates – Mumtaz Residency is seeking a confident, motivated, and target-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Based in Nazimabad, Karachi, this role focuses on promoting the Mumtaz Residency project. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in real estate sales and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. This position requires a professional attitude, the ability to build lasting client relationships, and a passion for achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up with potential customers to nurture leads.
- Clearly explain project details, payment plans, and apartment options to clients.
- Conduct client meetings and deliver engaging project presentations.
- Convert leads into site visits and confirmed bookings.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to ensure engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Telesales and Business Development teams.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly sales reports.
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales and booking targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Confident and presentable personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong client-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with a professional approach.
- Demonstrated ability to follow up persistently and manage multiple prospects.
