Sales Executive - Aqua Bath - Female

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented female Sales Executive to join our Aqua Bath Experience Centre. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products from our range of sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, tiles, and interior building materials. This role involves managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely follow-ups to achieve consistent sales targets. Confidence, a professional appearance, and a genuine interest in the industry are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and respond promptly to inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Understand customer requirements thoroughly and suggest appropriate products that meet their needs. Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed sales to achieve monthly targets. Prepare accurate quotations and oversee the entire order process, including payment collection and delivery coordination. Maintain regular follow-ups with both potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Work closely with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales transactions. Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, showroom sales, customer service, or a similar role. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customers effectively are essential. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills are required to build rapport and close sales successfully. The candidate must be target-oriented, proactive, and confident in their approach. A presentable and professional demeanor is necessary to represent the brand well.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in sanitary ware, tiles, bathroom fittings, or building materials will be considered an advantage. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in building materials or retail sales is preferred. The position requires working in person at the Aqua Bath Experience Centre located in Phase 8, DHA, Karachi. The compensation package includes a competitive monthly salary of up to Rs 80,000, along with performance-based commissions on sales.
