Sales Executive - BPO

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our BPO sales team based in Islamabad, Blue Area. This role operates on a night shift schedule and offers a competitive monthly salary between PKR 50,000 and 70,000. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3+ years of experience in BPO or call-center sales, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work effectively during night hours. The position involves proactive customer engagement to generate leads, achieve sales targets, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with both potential and existing customers to understand their needs.
- Follow up on leads promptly to meet assigned sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales activity logs accurately.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in a BPO or call-center sales environment.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and convince customers effectively.
- Willingness and capability to work night shifts.
