Sales Executive - BPO

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our BPO sales team based in Islamabad, Blue Area. This role operates on a night shift schedule and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 70,000. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3+ years of experience in BPO or call center sales and possess strong communication and persuasion skills in English. This position requires someone who is comfortable working during night hours and is driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and close sales opportunities.
- Engage effectively with potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Follow up on leads diligently to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities regularly.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in BPO or call center sales environments.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
