Sales Executive - Cold Caller

We are seeking multiple motivated cold callers to join a reputable BPO located at Eden Canal Villas. This role requires candidates to work onsite during night shifts, specifically from 7 PM to 4 AM. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Engage prospects to generate interest in the company’s products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the company database.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call scripts and strategies.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines during all communications.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cold calling or a similar telemarketing role.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work the night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM onsite at the Eden Canal Villas location.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced BPO environment with a focus on targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer skills to manage call logs and customer data efficiently.
- Professional attitude with a customer-centric approach.
