Sales Executive (Female)

House of Warda is looking for a confident and well-presented Sales Executive who is passionate about fashion and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively to drive sales. This role requires assisting customers with product selection, understanding their preferences, and maintaining a welcoming and professional shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate clothing and products.
- Clearly communicate product features, quality, and styling options.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Keep the store display attractive, organized, and well-maintained.
- Ensure the sales floor is tidy and products are properly arranged.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about new arrivals, collections, and promotions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet store sales targets.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and well-groomed appearance at all times.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or sales.
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; graduates preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and fashion-conscious.
- Strong customer service and sales abilities.
- Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Comfortable working in a retail environment with extended hours.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Preference given to candidates residing in or near Fazal Centre, Gujranwala.
- Working days include Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with alternate weekly offs.
- A 3-day trial period will be conducted.
- Working hours are from 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
- Monthly salary ranges from Rs20,000 to Rs30,000.
- Commission of 0.5% on sales is provided.
- This is an in-person role requiring a professional presence on the sales floor.
