Sales Executive - Female

Orbhex, a forward-thinking IT company specializing in Web & App Development, Software Solutions, Sales, Customer Service, Outsourcing, Marketing, Social Media Management, International Taxation, Medical Billing, and Workers' Compensation, is seeking a motivated and target-driven female Sales Executive for its US Medical Billing services. This full-time, onsite role is based in Karachi and requires working the night shift from Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The position offers a competitive salary of up to PKR 50,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Set and consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Manage escalated leads and successfully close deals with high-value US clients.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly sales performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with billing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Promote team discipline, motivation, and continuous performance improvement.

Required Qualifications
- 0 to 6 months of sales experience.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Strong abilities in closing sales, negotiation, and handling objections effectively.
- Willingness and ability to work the US night shift.
- A target-driven attitude combined with a leadership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Medical Billing sales are preferred.
- Female candidates residing near II Chundrigar Road, Karachi, will be given preference due to the onsite nature of the role.
- Please note that no transportation facilities will be provided; candidates must arrange their own commute.
