Sales Executive (Female)

We are a prominent fitness and sports company operating 11 branches across Pakistan, dedicated to providing premium sports, fitness, and wellness experiences. Currently, we are seeking a confident and presentable female Sales Executive to join our top-tier gym facility located in Lahore DHA Phase 5. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and promote our membership offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and professionally greet all gym members and visitors.
- Conduct facility tours and walk-throughs for potential and existing clients.
- Clearly explain gym facilities, membership options, packages, services, and ongoing promotions.
- Engage actively with walk-in clients to convert inquiries into memberships.
- Follow up with leads using calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Manage membership registrations, renewals, upgrades, and respond to client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with members to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with trainers and management to address client requirements.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at the front desk.

Required Qualifications:
- Female candidates only.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in gym sales, hospitality, customer service, or similar client-facing roles.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with clients.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong customer service and sales abilities.
- Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer literacy.

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000. This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Lahore DHA Phase 5 location.
