Sales Executive (Female)

JV Lands is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of two years of experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a proven ability to generate leads and close property deals. This role requires someone who is client-focused, target-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships to support the company’s growth in the competitive real estate market. The position is full-time and based at DHA Phase 8, Ex Park View, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential real estate leads through various channels.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Present property options tailored to clients’ needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Conduct property visits and provide timely follow-ups with prospective buyers.
- Negotiate deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about current real estate market trends, pricing, and new property opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Proven track record of generating leads and successfully closing sales.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
