Sales Executive (Female Only)

We are seeking two motivated female Sales Executives to join our dynamic team at our office located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. In this role, you will engage with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms, transforming inquiries into confirmed sales. Additionally, you will serve as a brand ambassador by appearing in company shoots, promotional videos, and vlogs, helping to enhance our brand presence. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and actively contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales using Excel and Google Sheets, and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Represent the company on camera during promotional shoots, videos, and vlogs, projecting a professional and engaging image.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Fluent and confident communication skills in both spoken English and Urdu.
- Strong persuasion abilities and excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and META platforms for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera for promotional content.
- Professional demeanor, energetic attitude, and presentable appearance suitable for representing the brand.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This role offers a salary range of PKR 90,000 to 100,000 per month.
- Work is conducted in person at our office located in Crown Center, SB 2, Block 13-C, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
