DAH Solutions is looking for motivated Digital Sales Agents to join our team in Lahore, focusing on selling AI automation and voice receptionist services to HVAC and trades businesses across the United States. This role primarily involves cold calling potential clients, presenting our innovative AI voice receptionist solutions, and closing sales deals. The position requires working during US night shift hours and is based on-site at our Allama Iqbal Town office. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission tied to signed clients, offering a rewarding pay structure for high performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to HVAC and trades businesses within the US market during night shift hours.
- Clearly communicate and demonstrate the benefits of the AI voice receptionist service to prospective clients.
- Close sales deals effectively while ensuring all client interactions and sales activities are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
- Maintain a target-driven mindset, handling rejection professionally to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent English communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- At least one year of experience in digital sales, preferably with exposure to cold calling.
- Ability to work during US business hours, specifically night shifts.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at the Lahore office located in Allama Iqbal Town.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience selling AI or technology-based services is a strong advantage.
- Competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000 per month, supplemented by commission incentives for each signed client.
