Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the lighting industry, based near Amazon Mall, GT Road, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of sales experience within the lighting sector and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong B2B relationships. This role involves frequent client visits, so owning a personal vehicle is essential. The position offers a monthly salary of PKR 60,000 plus commission, rewarding a target-driven and results-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Contractors, Builders, and Consultants.
- Conduct regular client visits to project sites and offices to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive B2B environment.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Represent the company professionally, maintaining a presentable appearance and strong business etiquette.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience specifically within the lighting industry.
- Proven ability to work directly with Architects, Contractors, Builders, and Consultants.
- Ownership of a personal vehicle (bike or car) to facilitate daily client site visits.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment with commission-based incentives.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working within the Twin Cities area is highly desirable.
- The role requires in-person attendance at the office near Amazon Mall, GT Road, Islamabad.
