Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers through sales visits, calls, and networking activities.
- Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations and proposals to successfully close sales deals.

- Support smooth shipment handling by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Track sales performance and update CRM or internal sales systems regularly.

Required Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing, and relationship management.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities, with clear verbal and written skills and the capacity to explain complex logistics solutions simply.
- Solid understanding of logistics and market dynamics, including air and sea freight forwarding, trucking, customs clearance, and basic trade/export-import concepts.
- Well-developed organizational and analytical skills, including time management, pipeline tracking, CRM usage, and accurate preparation of quotations and sales reports.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, documentation, and finance teams to meet client needs.
- Relevant experience in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional sales experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital communication tools.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Islamabad.
