Sales Executive (IT Hardware)

TAZ IT Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their UK IT Hardware campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, effectively presenting the company’s services, and converting leads into loyal customers. This role requires excellent English communication skills and a strong focus on achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience in customer support roles may also be considered, provided they demonstrate exceptional communication abilities. The position is based in Karachi, with working hours from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and weekends off.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to the UK IT Hardware campaign.
- Present and clearly explain the company’s products and services to prospective clients.
- Convert inbound leads into confirmed customers by addressing their needs and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Candidates with customer support experience will be considered if they possess excellent English communication skills.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working on the UK IT Hardware campaign or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The role is located in Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14, Karachi. Working hours are from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with weekends off, providing a balanced work schedule.
