Sales Executive (IT Hardware)

TAZ IT Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their UK IT Hardware campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries and effectively presenting the company’s services to potential clients. This role requires strong communication skills, particularly in English, and the ability to convert leads into loyal customers. The position is based in Karachi with working hours from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer inquiries related to the UK IT Hardware campaign.
- Clearly present and explain the company’s services to prospective clients.
- Candidates with customer support experience will be considered, provided they have excellent English communication skills.
- Convert inbound leads into confirmed customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and accurately update customer information in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience working on the UK IT Hardware campaign or a similar role.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.

The position is located in Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14, Karachi. Working hours are from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with weekends off, providing a balanced work schedule.
