Sales Executive - IT Solutions & Services

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to lead corporate sales efforts in Karachi and across the country. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in selling IT solutions, including ERP systems, energy sector projects, and a variety of IT services such as Resource-as-a-Service (RAAS), databases, migration, integration, security, and implementation. This position requires a proactive individual who can identify and secure new business opportunities while fostering long-term client relationships to support sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the Karachi market.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline focused on key verticals, particularly ERP, energy, and related industries.
- Manage the full sales cycle for IT services and projects, from initial prospecting to deal closure.
- Develop tailored customer solutions by applying in-depth knowledge of ERP, cloud services, RAAS, and migration/implementation offerings.
- Cultivate and maintain enduring client relationships to ensure ongoing business success and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- At least five years of B2B sales experience in the IT system integration and services sector.
- Proven success in selling or marketing ERP solutions, energy sector projects, RAAS, migration, and implementation services.
- Strong network and thorough understanding of the business landscape in Karachi.
- Excellent negotiation, documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A master’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
