FlinkFreight Logistics Inc., a Canadian-based company specializing in freight forwarding, dispatch, and supply chain coordination, offers comprehensive transportation solutions across Canada and North America. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team in Rawalpindi as a full-time onsite Sales Executive. This role involves working from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with a preference for candidates residing in Rawalpindi or Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sector. Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients by building strong relationships. Manage and maintain ongoing communication with existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and foster business growth. Conduct regular follow-ups and client meetings to address needs and promote services. Collaborate closely with Operations and Dispatch teams to guarantee smooth service delivery. Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales reports. Maintain detailed customer records, documentation, and CRM data. Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.

Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is essential. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools is required. Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or B2B sales is highly advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The compensation package includes a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 55,000 to 65,000, complemented by an attractive commission structure starting at PKR 3,000 and potentially exceeding PKR 80,000. Additional benefits include Provident Fund contributions and EOBI coverage. Performance-based salary increments are offered following successful completion of the probation period.
