Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and communicate effectively with pre-qualified applicants via WhatsApp, Telegram, and phone calls.
- Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, addressing their questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Close enrollment deals by converting warm leads into confirmed students.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and enrollment statuses.
- Follow provided scripts and training materials to ensure consistent messaging and compliance.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Urdu and English, with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using digital communication platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and phone.
