Sales Executive

Everything Remote, a fast-growing telemarketing company based in the USA, is seeking experienced Calling Agents to join our remote team. We specialize in delivering exceptional client services through innovative and collaborative approaches. As part of our expansion, we offer a full-time remote position with working hours from 6 PM to 3 AM. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who excel in client engagement, lead nurturing, and delivering outstanding customer service. The salary range for this position is competitive, between Rs40,000 to Rs80,000 per month, reflecting experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct conference calls with prospective clients and leads to promote products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Provide accurate information and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and represent the company’s values during all interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Calling Agent or Telemarketer with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Ability to establish rapport quickly and build trust with clients.
- Strong listening skills combined with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet or surpass targets.
- Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent.
