We are seeking highly motivated and result-driven Sales Executives who are eager to build and excel in a professional career in Sales & Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following key duties:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by actively prospecting hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service trainings for doctors, nurses, and relevant hospital staff.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing timely support, relevant information, and recommending service improvements.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by building effective networks, conducting clinical discussions with doctors, and coordinating with technical staff at hospitals.
- Finalize sales deals and ensure successful closure in close coordination with the Line Manager.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies, and provide regular feedback to management.
- Prepare tender and bid documents and actively follow up with both private and government sector institutions.
- Contribute to overall team objectives by achieving assigned targets and supporting team efforts.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates on a periodic basis.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, tenders, and contracts.
- Support post-sales activities, including customer follow-ups, complaint resolution, and service coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties as assigned to support business operations.
