We are looking for a motivated real estate professional to join our team and help expand our client base. The ideal candidate will engage with potential customers by providing detailed information about our real estate projects and supporting clients throughout their property search. This role demands strong communication skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and a proactive approach to managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce new customers to various real estate projects.
- Perform comparative market analyses to accurately estimate property values.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to build relationships and convert them into clients.
- Log detailed call notes, lead information, and updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Offer clients valuable insights regarding properties, current market trends, and company services.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the real estate industry.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable participating in on-camera activities to create social media content promoting properties and services.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs65,000.
- Work location is in person, allowing direct interaction with clients and team members.
