Sales Executive

Assist Gen is seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join their team in Karachi. This on-site role operates during morning shifts and offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to 55,000. The primary focus of the position is to drive B2B lead generation and client acquisition by promoting digital and virtual assistant services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospect research to closing deals, utilizing CRM systems and lead-generation tools to maximize outreach and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct B2B lead generation and identify potential clients through thorough research.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track sales activities and client interactions.
- Perform outreach and follow-up communications to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
- Acquire new clients by effectively presenting and selling digital and virtual assistant services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client feedback to support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong command of English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and lead-generation tools to manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Ability to work full-time on-site during morning shifts in Karachi.
- Demonstrated ability to research prospects and engage clients professionally.
