Sales Executive

Signature Properties, a growing real estate firm based in Karachi, is looking for experienced and motivated Sales Executives to join its expanding sales team. The ideal candidates will have strong client interaction skills, a solid grasp of the sales process, and the ability to convert leads into site visits and successful property transactions. Key Responsibilities
- Promptly manage and respond to leads and inquiries provided by the company.
- Conduct professional calls and maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients.
- Understand clients’ property needs and recommend appropriate options.
- Arrange and facilitate site visits, converting these into finalized sales.
- Engage professionally with buyers, investors, and property clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client status updates.
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on current projects, inventory availability, pricing, and payment plans.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills essential for effective client engagement.
- Thorough understanding of property sales processes and client management.
- Ability to manage transactions involving both cash and installment-based purchases.
- Proven ability to follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

The working hours for this role are from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with in-person attendance required at the Karachi office. The salary range for this position is PKR 30,000 to PKR 100,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
