Sales Executive

Mars BPO is looking to hire experienced and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join its growing team. The ideal candidates will have strong English communication skills, confidence in engaging with customers, and a target-driven mindset. This role focuses on promoting the company’s services, professionally handling customer inquiries, and consistently meeting sales targets. Candidates should be motivated, able to work night shifts, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company services
- Effectively close sales and achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Address customer queries with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Consistently meet or exceed performance goals set by the company

Required Qualifications:
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a call center or sales environment
- Good command of English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong convincing abilities and excellent interpersonal skills to engage customers
- Basic computer proficiency to manage sales and customer data
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts
- A target-oriented and motivated personality with a focus on achieving results

- Competitive salary package ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs90,000 per month based on experience and performance
