We are seeking a motivated individual to manage client communications primarily through Instagram and WhatsApp for our event planning, décor, and catering services. The role involves understanding client needs, providing timely quotations, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. This position requires close coordination with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in sales and event management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries received via Instagram and WhatsApp, engaging with potential clients professionally and promptly.
- Understand and assess client requirements related to event planning, décor, and catering services.
- Follow up on leads, prepare and share accurate quotations, and work towards converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Conduct basic negotiations with clients, offering guidance based on their needs and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with relevant internal teams to ensure client specifications are communicated and fulfilled efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport with clients.
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms and WhatsApp Business tools.
- Genuine interest in sales, event planning, and catering services.
- Previous experience in sales or customer interaction is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs45,000.
