Sales Executive

We are looking for a UK Sales Executive to join our Lahore-based team, operating from our Defence Phase 4 office. This is a full-time, office-based position with working hours from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM PKT, Monday through Friday. The role offers a starting salary of PKR 75,000 per month. Fluency in English and prior call centre experience in Pakistan are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to UK-based prospects and respond to inbound leads.
- Confidently pitch services and handle objections in a professional manner.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately document call outcomes and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to share leads and best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Previous call centre experience within Pakistan is required.
- Comfortable working UK hours (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM PKT).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Confidence and resilience in handling sales challenges.
