Sales Executive

US Civil Genix is seeking to hire three motivated Sales Executives to join our team at the Lahore office located in Gulberg. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience in call center operations or international sales. We welcome applications from both male and female candidates who possess strong English communication skills and confidence in engaging with international clients. The role offers an immediate start with interviews commencing promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing international clients.
- Promote and sell company products or services effectively to meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or international sales environment.
- Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to confidently interact with international clients and manage sales conversations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
