Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Flash Fiber Sales Officer to join our team in Lahore, specifically in the Wapda Town and Guldasht areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling PTCL Flash Fiber services to both residential and commercial customers. This role requires active fieldwork, including door-to-door sales and lead generation, with a strong focus on meeting monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell PTCL Flash Fiber services to residential and commercial clients.
- Conduct door-to-door sales and perform regular field visits to generate new leads.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to consistently achieve monthly sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while providing detailed product information.
- Monitor competitor activities and maintain accurate sales records for reporting purposes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education of Intermediate; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred and required for this role.
- At least 1 year of sales experience within a telecom company is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driving license to facilitate mobility in the assigned areas.
- Willingness to work extensively in the field and demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with other telecom companies will be considered an advantage.
- The role offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to PKR 90,000 based on performance and experience.
