Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Agent to join our team in Johar Town. This role welcomes both fresh graduates and candidates with 1-2 years of sales experience. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and comfortable working the night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM. The position requires meeting sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. Compensation includes a basic salary plus commission, offering strong earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers to promote company products or services
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Follow up on leads and close sales efficiently and promptly
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain professional and clear communication with clients at all times

Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a Sales Agent or in a similar sales role
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Willingness and availability to work night shifts
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to earn commissions
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
