Sales Executive

Media Flare is seeking a confident and professional On-Camera Sales Executive who is fluent in English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with international clients through video calls and meetings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to represent the company effectively in promotional and sales-related video content.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company professionally in promotional and sales videos.
- Conduct video meetings and calls with international clients.
- Present company services confidently and clearly.
- Communicate fluently in English with clients.
- Understand client needs and explain services effectively.
- Support lead generation, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Participate in client-facing videos and presentations.
- Create professional video content as directed by management.
- Follow scripts, concepts, and instructions provided by management.
- Maintain a confident, professional, and presentable appearance during videos and client meetings.
- Perform other sales, presentation, and video-related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English speaking and communication skills.
- Confidence and comfort speaking in front of a camera.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and well-presented personality.
- Clear English pronunciation and accent.
- Comfortable wearing professional Western/business attire for videos and international client meetings.
- Confidence in conducting professional video calls with clients.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in Sales, BPO, Customer Service, Client Relations, Content Creation, or similar fields is preferred.
- Experience working with US and UK clients is an advantage.
- Previous experience in an international calling environment is preferred.
- Positive attitude with a strong learning and growth mindset.
- Ability to represent the company professionally both on camera and in front of clients.
