We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team based in Bahria Town, Lahore. This full-time role requires a proactive individual who will work Monday through Saturday to drive sales growth within the pharmacy channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with pharmacy owners, expanding the product range, and enhancing shelf visibility. A competitive salary package is offered, including a base pay of PKR 60,000 to 65,000 depending on experience, plus a 2% commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit pharmacies daily alongside the order booker to secure orders and collect payments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners while identifying and onboarding new retail outlets.
- Increase the product range and ensure prominent shelf visibility across assigned pharmacies.
- Organize health and wellness camps within pharmacies to promote products and engage customers.
- Deploy and supervise wellness ambassadors at pharmacy points to support promotional activities and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Pharmacy, Science, or Business will have an advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant field sales experience in the pharmacy sector; 2 to 3 years preferred.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical, over-the-counter (OTC), nutraceutical, or FMCG sales through pharmacy channels.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working directly with pharmacy networks and understanding of the pharmaceutical retail environment is highly desirable.
- The role offers a fixed monthly salary between PKR 60,000 and 65,000, complemented by a 2% commission on sales, providing an opportunity to increase earnings based on performance.
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Bahria Town, Lahore prior to starting employment.
