Sales Executive

We are a UK-based car rental company with an operations office located in Johar Town, Lahore. We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will confidently engage with UK customers, build strong relationships, and effectively convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. This full-time, office-based role offers a competitive basic salary along with an attractive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers across the UK to introduce and promote our vehicle rental services.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers through clear and effective communication.
- Follow up on new and existing leads to maximize the number of confirmed bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle rental options accordingly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and keep the sales pipeline up to date.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking processes and vehicle handovers.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute positively to overall team performance.

Required Qualifications

- Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional manner.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cold calling and sales, specifically targeting the UK market or UK customers.
- Proven track record of successfully selling to UK clients.
- Coachable mindset, open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Resilient and able to maintain motivation and positivity despite setbacks or rejection.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent follow-up skills and customer relationship management.
- Availability to work full-time from our Johar Town, Lahore office.
